Greenland


Greenland has the coldest climate possible and it's difficult to grow marijuana outdoor in this climate. There are a few strains that will survive in this climate :


Canada


-North

The North part of Canada has a cold climate the best marijuana strains to use are strains that are strong and breeded for
the colder climates and are mostly indica or indica/sativa mixed :

 

-Central

The Central part of Canada is has the same cold climate as the north but for this region you can use strains that are sativa/indica mixed :

 

-South

The south part of Canada is still a cold climate but a little closer to the equator so you can use strains for these region that are mostly indica or sativa/indica mixed :


United states of America


-North

The north part of the USA is a cold climate and to grow cannabis outdoor in this region the best to use are strains that are breeded for colder climates and are mostly indica or indica/sativa mixed :

-Central

The central part of the USA is a cold/mild climate and in this region the best strains to grow are mostly indica or sativa/indica mixed :

-South

The South part of the USA is a mild/warm climate and a lot of strains can be grown outdoor in this region. Mostly indica, sativa/indica mixed and mostly sativa strains can be used :

 

Central and South America

Varieties that might grow are landraces from Thailand, Cambodia, Jamaica and Brazil and some of the central African countries.

You could try some of the mostly Sativa commercial varieties. These are adapted for higher latitudes so they will flower several months earlier where you are, ripening in September and October. The Haze varieties may also be of some use. However, your best program might be to use well-adapted Sativas and to make your own crosses with Indicas or Indica
-Sativa hybrids.
