The Dutch government's "Ban on the sale of Magic mushrooms is final". The new Dutch goverment is about to ban the magic mushrooms. Nobody knows exactly the date of this law change, but everyone expect this will be done between now and 6 weeks.!! The smartshop will stop selling as soon as the laws are being changed. After this new law we will stop selling, magic mushrooms, truffles, cubensis growkits, truffle kits and spore syringes and spore squirts. Our advice is to buy as much as you can now it still is legal in Holland.

The Dutch government said it would ban the sale of hallucinogenic mushrooms, tightening the country’s famed liberal drug policies after the suicide of an intoxicated teenage girl. Psilocybin, the main active chemical in the mushrooms, has been illegal under international law since 1971. But fresh, unprocessed mushrooms continued to be sold legally in the Netherlands along with herbal medicines in so-called smartshops, on the theory that it was impossible to determine how much psilocybin, a natural product, any given mushroom contains. The ban came as a surprise; mushroom vendors had suggested stricter ID controls to prevent under-age buyers.
